What's the difference between AuPACS Lite, Plus, and Pro?

They are different tiers of our core service.

AuPACS Lite is our most affordable tier, which we generally recommend for relatively infrequent travelers who take 2 or fewer trips per year.

AuPACS Plus is our most popular tier, which we generally recommend for family travelers (up to 4 members), those who want to book complex itineraries, and up to 4 trips per year.

AuPACS Pro is our most elite tier, which we recommend for those who take complex, international trips very often and need help with full-service travel planning, including revenue airfare and hotels, car rentals, restaurant recommendations, yacht charters, and private jet charters, in addition to award travel.

Why do you charge based on a membership instead of per trip?

We've actually done a lot of research on this.

By building a relationship and providing top-to-bottom advice ranging from booking the best first class products for the cheapest price to learning how to earn points quickly, we are able to provide the most comprehensive service out there, period.

Other services charge a fee per booking, but these services are known to provide terrible results, whether it's much more expensive award pricing or a worse flight overall.

At AuPACS, we deliver satisfaction. Plain and simple.

Do I have to sign a long-term contract?

No! We are a membership-based company with a flat monthly or yearly fee designed to simplify what it takes to get high-quality points consulting.

The pricing tier you should sign up for depends on how often you travel and what features you need from a points consultant.

Can I cancel my membership?


Due to demand, AuPACS Lite and Plus are available as a yearly membership. As long as you contact us directly in writing, email, or text message before your yearly membership renewal date, you may cancel anytime.

AuPACS Pro is available as a yearly and monthly membership, though we require a 3-month minimum for monthly memberships.

This minimum is due to the extraordinary amount of time we spend getting to know our customers and optimizing every single portion of their spending.

After that, if AuPACS is not right for you, you can cancel anytime by contacting us. No contracts, ever.

I don't spend much on my credit cards. Is AuPACS right for me?

It depends on your goals.

If you don't have your own business and want to optimize credit card bonuses aggressively, we recommend having at least $4,000 in monthly credit card spending to be a good candidate for an AuPACS membership.

Our clients spend anywhere from $2,000 per month to $30 million per month with the median spending being around $20,000 per month.

All of my trips in the near-term are already planned. When is the right time to get started?

Building up significant balances of points and miles takes time.

In general, if you have excellent credit but no major rewards accumulated, we recommend starting your AuPACS membership at least 6 months before you plan on taking your next trip.

Your success in maximizing rewards will be predicated on how optimized your credit card portfolio is, as well as how flexible you can be in your travels.

If you are a business owner that has already amassed a large surplus of points, we can help you fine-tune your points strategy to ensure that we're extracting the most value from your spending possible and not earning subpar rewards, even if you don't have any near-term travel that needs to be booked.

We can also help you audit the existing trips you have planned to see if there are any avenues of optimization, whether it's on a better flight, a more convenient schedule, or a lower price.
